Rose v. Avon Associates, Inc.

Order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered December 10, 1976, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, to reduce the commission to the receiver to $15,000, and otherwise affirmed, without costs and without disbursements. In view of the fact that a real estate agent and legal counsel were also involved in this matter, the commission to the receiver was excessive to the extent indicated. Concur—Kupferman, J.
