People v. McMillan
People v. McMillan
66 A.D.2d 787; 411 N.Y.S.2d 197; 1978 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 14072
Opinion of the Court
Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 15, 1977, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. A hearing on the speedy trial issue was not necessary since the record sufficiently details the reasons for the delay in bringing defendant to trial (see People v Williams, 56 AD2d 667). Hopkins, J. P., Suozzi, Rabin and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
