People v. Cauley

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 31, 1978, convicting him, inter alia, of attempted murder of a peace officer, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Considering the charge as a whole, the court did not shift the burden of proof on the issue of intent. In any event, the proof of guilt was overwhelming. Mollen, P.
