Order, Supreme Court, New York County (H. Schwartz, J.), entered on July 31,1980, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the motion to dismiss the first cause of action granted. Appellants shall recover of respondents $75 costs and disbursements of this, appeal. (See di Portanova v New York News, 80 AD2d 820.) No opinion. Concur—Kupferman, J.
