People v. Bryant

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Couzens, J.), rendered July 8, 1980, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (see CPL 210.20, subd 2; 255.20; People v Ian-none, 45 NY2d 589; People v Grimsley, 60 AD2d 980). Mollen, P. J., Titone, Weinstein and Rubin, JJ., concur.
