Opinion of the Court
Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), rendered July 13,1979, convicting her of criminally negligent homicide and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have considered all of the arguments advanced by the appellant and are satisfied that the appellant has failed to establish that reversal is mandated. Nevertheless, we deem it important to make known to the District Attorney the fact that we strongly disapprove of language used in summation by the Assistant District
