— Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Bryant, J.), entered May 12, 1982 in Tompkins County, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss defendant’s third and fourth affirmative defenses and denied defendant’s cross motion to dismiss the complaint. Order affirmed, with costs, upon the opinion of Mr. Justice Frederick B. Bryant at Special Term. Sweeney, J. P., Main, Casey, Mikoll and Yesawich, Jr., JJ., concur.
