Opinion of the Court
— Motion insofar as it seeks leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted and the following question certified: “Was the order of this court, which modified the order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, properly made?” The motion, insofar as it seeks a stay, is granted for twenty days from the date of this court’s order pending application to the Court of Appeals for such relief. The motion is otherwise denied. Concur — Sandler, J. P., Sullivan, Bloom, Fein and Alexander, JJ.
