Opinion of the Court
Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County (Goodman, J.), imposed April 12,1983, upon his conviction of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol as a felony, on a plea of guilty, the sentence being a definite term of imprisonment of one year in the county jail. Sentence modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing it to a term of six months’ imprisonment and five years’ probation. The sentence of imprisonment shall be a condition of and shall run concurrently with the sentence of probation. As so modified, sentence affirmed and case remitted to the County Court, Nassau
