People v. Wilson

Opinion of the Court

— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), rendered December 21,1982, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. H The record on this appeal fails to support defendant’s claim that he was denied his right to effective assistance of counsel (see People v Baldi, 54 NY2d 137, 147). ¶ Judgment affirmed. Mahoney, P. J., Kane, Main, Yesawich, Jr., and Harvey, JJ., concur.
