Weinberg v. Vitanza

Appeal (1) from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Lee, Jr., J.), entered April 17, 1984 in Chenango County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) from the judgment entered thereon.

Order and judgment affirmed, with costs, upon the opinion of Justice David F. Lee, Jr., at Special Term. Main, J. P., Casey, Mikoll, Yesawich, Jr., and Harvey, JJ., concur.
