Opinion of the Court

— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Egitto, J.), rendered March 31, 1983, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Defendant’s claims with respect to his guilty plea have not been preserved for appellate review (see People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636), and review is not warranted in the interest of justice. Lazer, J. P., Thompson, Weinstein and Eiber, JJ., concur.
