Opinion of the Court
— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J.), rendered January 29, 1981, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
Defendant’s confessions were voluntary (see, Culombe v Connecticut, 367 US 568; People v Tarsia, 50 NY2d 1), and the sentence imposed was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80). Lazer, J. P., Gibbons, Thompson and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
