People v. Grier
People v. Grier
111 A.D.2d 831; 490 N.Y.S.2d 254; 1985 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 50077
Opinion of the Court
Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Murray, J.), rendered February 26, 1982, convicting him of robbery in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
There was sufficient evidence on the record to support defendant’s conviction. We have considered his other contentions and find them to be without merit. Lazer, J. P., Bracken, O’Connor and Brown, JJ., concur.
