Opinion of the Court

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Maraño, J.), rendered February 2, 1983, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

The sentencing court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow defendant to withdraw his plea of guilty. Mangano, J. P., Bracken, Weinstein, Lawrence and Kooper, JJ., concur.
