— Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (De Lury, J.), imposed September 6, 1983, convicting him of attempted grand larceny in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed (see, People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636; People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9). Mangano, J. P., Brown, Rubin and Eiber, JJ., concur.
