People v. Morales

— Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Kuffner, J.), imposed April 30, 1985, as amended May 1,1987.

Ordered that the sentence, as amended, is affirmed (see, People v Kazepis, 101 AD2d 816; People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80). Mangano, J. P., Kunzeman, Rubin, Kooper and Harwood, JJ., concur.
