Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: We conclude that the evidence was legally sufficient to sustain defendant’s conviction of petit larceny (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495). (Appeal from judgment of Cattaraugus County Court, Sprague, J.— petit larceny.) Present—Dillon, P. J., Doerr, Boomer, Lawton and Davis, JJ.
