Opinion of the Court
Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Leslie Crocker Snyder, J.), rendered on July 19, 1988, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing defendant to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of three years to life, unanimously affirmed.
Application by appellant’s counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See, Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant’s assigned counsel that there are no non-frivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
Pursuant to CPL 460.20, defendant has the right to apply
