People v. Wright

— Appeal by the defendant from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Eng, J.), rendered June 30, 1989, under S.C.I. No. N11880/88 and from a judgment of the same court (Rotker, J.), rendered August 7, 1989, under Indictment No. N10510/89.
