Opinion of the Court
— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Paul Bookson, J.), rendered on January 10, 1990, convicting defendant, after a plea of guilty, of attempted burglary in the second degree and manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing defendant to concurrent terms of imprisonment of two to six years and seven to twenty-one years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
Application by appellant’s counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See, Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833.) We have reviewed this record and agree with appellant’s assigned counsel that there are no non-frivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
Pursuant to CPL 460.20, defendant has the right to apply
