— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this court pursuant to Education Law § 6510-a [4]) to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Education which revoked petitioner’s license to practice medicine in New York.
After being convicted of conspiracy in the fourth degree and attempted grand larceny in the second degree based upon her participation in a scheme to defraud the State Medicaid program, petitioner was charged with professional misconduct in violation of Education Law § 6509 (5) (a) (i).
