People v. Barakat

Upon the Court’s own motion, the unpublished decision and order dated September 13, 1993, is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order is substituted therefor:

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Friedmann, J.), rendered August 15, 1990.
