Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided November 8, 1993
198 A.D.2d 309; 604 N.Y.S.2d 810
People v. Paulman

Opinion of the Court

—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Scarpino, J.), rendered March 18, 1992.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Appellate review of the issues raised by the defendant was effectively waived by her as part of her plea bargain. Accordingly, the judgment of conviction is affirmed (see, People v Callahan, 80 NY2d 273; People v Seaberg, 74 NY2d 1). Bracken, J. P., Balletta, Eiber, O’Brien and Pizzuto, JJ., concur.
