Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Cardona, J.), entered August 6, 1993 in Albany County, which granted a motion by defendant Caldor, Inc. for summary judgment on its second cross claim against defendant Bella Vista Management, Inc.

Order affirmed, upon the opinion of Justice Anthony V. Cardona.
