People v. Walker
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided November 15, 1995
221 A.D.2d 1026; 635 N.Y.S.2d 562; 1995 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 13620
People v. Walker

Opinion of the Court

—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: The record supports County Court’s determination that defendant violated the conditions of his probation. The court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant youthful offender status (see, People v Locke, 119 AD2d 834). The sentence is not unduly harsh or severe. (Appeal from Judgment of Niagara County Court, Hannigan, J.— Violation of Probation.) Present—Green, J. P., Pine, Fallon, Callahan and Doerr, JJ.
