Silcott v. Smith
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided March 18, 1996
225 A.D.2d 685; 639 N.Y.2d 934; 639 N.Y.S.2d 934; 1996 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 2607
Silcott v. Smith

Opinion of the Court

*686We reject the plaintiffs contention that the verdict should be set aside as against the weight of the evidence, inasmuch as the verdict was supported by a fair interpretation of the evidence (see, Cohen v Hallmark Cards, 45 NY2d 493; Nicastro v Park, 113 AD2d 129).

The plaintiffs remaining contentions are either unpreserved for appellate review, or without merit. Thompson, J. P., Joy, Hart and Florio, JJ., concur.
