Opinion of the Court
—Appeal by the defendant, as. limited by his brief, from two sentences of the County Court, Orange County (Byrne, J.), both imposed December 9, 1994, on the ground that the sentences are excessive.
Ordered that the sentences are affirmed.
In view of the defendant’s prior criminal history, his sentences are not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80). Mangano, P. J., Thompson, Florio, McGinity and Luciano, JJ., concur.
