Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, for which he was sentenced as a second felony offender to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 5 to 10 years. Defendant contends that the sentence is illegal and harsh and excessive.
