Claimants worked as sales representatives on behalf of BilRay Aluminum Siding Corporation of Queens. Bil-Ray controlled the manner in which claimants conducted their interactions with prospective customers by providing them with a paid two-week training session during which they were taught a detailed sales "pitch” and procedures, following which Bil-Ray’s sales manager accompanied claimants on their first sales calls to fine tune their salesmanship. Bil-Ray further directed and controlled claim
Cardona, P. J., White, Yesawich Jr., Peters and Spain, JJ., concur. Ordered that the decisions are affirmed, without costs.
