Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided October 14, 1997
243 A.D.2d 592; 663 N.Y.S.2d 1001; 1997 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 9830
People ex rel. Rotella v. Warden of the Nassau County Correctional Institution

Opinion of the Court

Writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application for bail reduction upon Nassau County Docket Nos. 25452/97 and 25453/97.

Adjudged that the writ is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

The determination of the County Court, Nassau County, was not an improvident exercise of discretion, and did not violate “constitutional or statutory standards” (People ex rel. Klein v Kruger, 25 NY2d 497, 499; see, People ex rel. Rosenthal v Wolf-son, 48 NY2d 230). Mangano, P. J., Bracken, Altman and Gold-stein, JJ., concur.
