Opinion of the Court
—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of Supreme Court, Kings County (Lipp, J.), rendered July 29, 1996, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
