Soto v. Umane

Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (John Collins, J.), entered August 15, 1997, unanimously affirmed for the reasons stated by Collins, J., without costs or disbursements. We find that the amended cover sheet was in substantial compliance with the Election Law. Section 6-134 (2) of the Election Law makes the regulations of the State Board of Elections binding upon the Board of the City of New York. No opinion. Concur—Rubin, J.
