Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the County Court, Suffolk County (Vaughn, J.), both imposed April 10, 1997, on the ground that the sentences are excessive.

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed (see, People v Cabrera, 243 AD2d 720; People v Rodriguez, 250 AD2d 866). Mangano, P. J., Thompson, Joy and Goldstein, JJ., concur.
