βIn an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCarty, J.), dated June 8, 1998, as granted the motion of the defendant Annabelle Robbins to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against her pursuant to, inter alia, CPLR 3211 (a) (7).
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
