Opinion of the Court
Order unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Family Court properly adjudicated respondent’s newborn son to be a neglected child. Contrary to the contention of respondent, the court did not err in considering her history of neglect concerning her other children in addition to the facts in the present case (see, Matter of Daequan FF., 243 AD2d 922, 923). Furthermore, we reject her contention that her satisfaction of the required discharge criteria the day after the petition was filed precludes a finding of neglect (see generally, Matter of Camara R., supra, at 712-713). We have considered respondent’s remaining contentions and conclude that they are without merit. (Appeal from Order of Erie County Family Court, Rosa, J. — Neglect.) Present— Pigott, Jr., P.
