Opinion of the Court

β€”In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, (Floyd, J.), entered November 13, 2000, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability, is in favor of the defendant Rajkumar Mari-walla and against them.
