Opinion of the Court
—Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the County Court, Orange County (Paño Z. Patsalos, J.), imposed November 23, 1998, upon his conviction of burglary in the first degree, upon a plea of guilty.
Ordered that the sentence is affirmed.
The sentence imposed was not excessive (see People v Suitte, 90 AD2d 80). Ritter, J.P., Florio, Goldstein and Cozier, JJ., concur.
