Opinion of the Court
Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Charles T. Maloy, J.), rendered April 24, 2002. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of robbery in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed (see People v Holmes, 306 AD2d 889 [2003], lv denied 100 NY2d 621 [2003]). Present—Pine, J.P., Wisner, Kehoe, Gorski and Hayes, JJ.
