—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Perone, J.), rendered June 8, 2000, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The appellant’s contention is unpreserved for appellate review, and, in any event, is without merit. Santucci, J.P, Smith, Luciano and Adams, JJ., concur.
