Opinion of the Court
Appeal from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court (Michael L. Nenno, J.), rendered September 27, 2004. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of felony driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [3]; § 1193 [1] [c] [ii]) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree (§ 511 [2] [a]). We reject defendant’s contention that County Court erred in imposing an enhanced sentence.
