Order of the Court of Claims of the State of New York (Richard E. Sise, EJ.), entered April 14, 2005, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the claim and denied claimant’s cross motion for summary judgment, unanimously affirmed, without costs.

Claimant’s failure to verify his claim in compliance with Court of Claims Act § 8-b (4) mandated dismissal (Long v State of New York, 7 NY3d 269 [2006]). Concur—Saxe, J.E, Marlow, Nardelli, Sweeny and Catterson, JJ.
