Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Kenneth R. Fisher, J.), entered December 9, 2005. The order, among other things, granted defendants’ motion to strike the second amended complaint pursuant to CPLR 3126 and imposed monetary sanctions on plaintiffs.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed with costs for reasons stated in decision at Supreme Court. Present—Scudder, J.E, Kehoe, Martoche and Green, JJ.
