Opinion of the Court

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County (David G. Klim, J.), entered October 18, 2005 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10. The order directed respondents to follow certain conditions of behavior for a period of 12 months.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal be and the same hereby is unanimously dismissed without costs as moot (see Matter of Michael G., 300 AD2d 1144, 1145 [2002]). Present—Gorski, J.P., Martoche, Smith, Green and Pine, JJ.
