Opinion of the Court

Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Richard A. Keenan, J.), rendered September 10, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of assault in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree (two counts), and burglary in the second degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed. Present—Scudder, PJ., Hurlbutt, Gorski and Pine, JJ.
