In re Casacci

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Eugene M. Fahey, J.), entered May 1, 2006. The order directed respondent to provide petitioner with copies of portions of its federal corporate tax returns for the years 1999 through 2004.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed with costs for reasons stated in decision at Supreme Court. Present—Martoche, J.E, Smith, Centra and Green, JJ.
