People v. Hyatt

Appeal from a judgment of the Genesee County Court (Robert C. Noonan, J.), rendered May 25, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, *947upon his plea of guilty, of felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
