People v. McKown

Appeal from a judgment of the Ontario County Court (Frederick G. Reed, J.), rendered April 5, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
