Huff v. Rodriguez

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Frank A. Sedita, Jr., J.), entered August 3, 2006 in a personal injury action. The judgment, upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, awarded plaintiff the sum of $7,355,306.90.

It is hereby ordered that said appeal be and the same hereby is unanimously dismissed without costs (see Matter of Eric D. [appeal No. 1], 162 AD2d 1051 [1990]). Present—Smith, J.P., Peradotto, Green and Pine, JJ.
