People v. Boss

Appeal from a judgment of the Wyoming County Court (Mark H. Dadd, J.), rendered May 25, 2006. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted rape in the second degree and attempted sexual abuse in the first degree.
